  With the development of higher education, people are increasingly demanding the quality of teaching in colleges and universities. To meet the needs of people, it is necessary to enhance the quality of teaching in colleges and universities, and how to enable university teachers to create their own "golden class". The problem that needs to be solved now. Taking the education major as an example, from the perspective of enhancing the mission of college education major teachers, clarifying the training objectives of college education major teachers, establishing the teaching curriculum structure of college education major teachers, and changing the teaching methods and means of college education major teachers. The aspects are discussed and analyzed, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the classroom teaching reform of the college education major.
