  With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, mathematics education in rural areas of Sichuan Yi region has ushered in new opportunities but also faced many challenges. This study focuses on improving the overall level of mathematics education in China, conducting in-depth research on the current situation of local mathematics teaching, identifying key factors that constrain its development, and proposing targeted response strategies. Construct a collaborative development mechanism for mathematics education in terms of educational resource allocation, teacher professional development, teaching quality improvement, and school local cooperation. Provide theoretical and practical references for improving the quality of mathematics education in rural areas of Sichuan Yi region.
