  • Abstract:

    The industrial automation teaching practice platform relies on physical hardware devices, and the slow communication between physical devices affects the platform's operational response speed. Therefore, a virtual simulation technology-based industrial automation teaching practice platform is constructed. Hardware is equipped with PLC controllers and virtual simulation and interaction devices to enhance user experience. The preferred software is virtual simulation software that interfaces with other components such as PLC controllers. By utilizing PLC control system and API technology, teaching resources can be updated in real-time to keep up with the latest teaching content. Build a virtual scene using the above technology and provide a training platform. The test results show that the platform still has a fast response speed in various usage scenarios, and the platform has passed the test.
