• Abstract:

  In the context of the deep penetration of multimedia network technology into higher education, its management is facing the urgent needs of underlying logic reconstruction and paradigm transformation. In this regard, a study on the development trend of higher education management in the context of multimedia network technology is proposed. Taking the analysis of the connotation of higher education management as the logical starting point, it is clear that it is characterized by the dual structure of state-led and university-autonomous, and that the quality of education and the effectiveness of talent cultivation can be maximized through the guidance of macro policies and the optimization of micro operations. The necessity of higher education management reform in the context of multimedia network technology is demonstrated from the aspects of adapting to the needs of technological revolution, meeting the needs of management mechanism innovation, and upgrading the management objectives driven by the upgrading of social needs. Finally, it is pointed out that the management of higher education under the background of multimedia network technology presents the development trend of intelligent management means, open management mode and personalized management goal, and colleges and universities realize the optimization of closed-loop teaching management with the help of intelligent teaching platform, realize the openness of management mode by integrating high-quality educational resources and cooperating with enterprises to solve the problems, and realize the personalization of management goal by using the learning analysis technology and other technologies to provide customized education services for students.
