  • Abstract:

Gymnastics is an important part of physical education, and the optimization of its teaching effect is inseparable from the flexibility of teaching methods. In order to cultivate high-quality sports talents to meet the needs of the development of the times, this paper puts forward a research on online and offline mixed teaching of gymnastics courses based on MOOC platform. Firstly, the related concepts such as teaching mode, rhythmic gymnastics, online and offline mixed teaching are defined. Then, it analyzes the feasibility of using online and offline mixed teaching in gymnastics curriculum from three aspects: the fixed development of gymnastics teaching mode, the enrichment of curriculum resources and the meeting of curriculum development needs. Through the front-end analysis, we can understand the students' gymnastics learning situation and interest, and then build an online and offline mixed teaching framework based on MOOC platform, covering the preliminary analysis, teaching activity design and teaching evaluation design, and defining the tasks of teachers and students at all stages. The purpose is to promote the reform of gymnastics teaching mode and promote the improvement and all-round development of students' gymnastics skills.
