  • Abstract:

    Power load management system mostly relies on simple data collection and fixed rules for management. Because the influence of covariate on power load is not fully considered, it is difficult to accurately grasp the law of load change, and its management stability is not high. Therefore, a new power load management system based on flexible regulation of power load is proposed. Through the design of load management terminal, various functions such as data acquisition and control are realized. The load sequence and covariant data are mapped to three feature spaces: query, key and value. According to the characteristics of attention score and value space, the attention expression is obtained, and the critical load moment is highlighted. The original load sequence and attention representation are fused, so that the new sequence has both the original load information and covariate influence. With the help of time series model, the power load is predicted, and the management optimization model is established by comprehensively considering the factors such as power supply cost and user satisfaction, and the optimal load regulation quantity is determined through optimization calculation to realize load management. In the experiment, the management stability of the proposed method is tested. Through the test and comparison results, it is clear that the average value of load volatility is about 2.8% when the proposed method is used for management control, which has an ideal control effect.
