• Abstract:

  At present, the employment of college graduates faces the dual challenges of upgrading industrial structure and mismatch between supply and demand of talents. In order to innovate the employment service mode of college graduates, this paper puts forward the research on the intelligent detection scene and evaluation feedback mechanism of college graduates' employment. Firstly, the scope of college graduates is defined, and the mapping effect of the connotation of employment quality evaluation and the hierarchy of needs theory on employment choice is clarified. This paper analyzes the necessity of intelligent detection and evaluation feedback mechanism, and points out that it can meet the needs of graduates' career development and drive the reform of talent training in colleges and universities, and at the same time, it can integrate various information with data as a link to promote the ecological transformation of employment. This paper puts forward specific employment intelligent detection scenario strategy and evaluation feedback mechanism, including building a dynamic data collection network covering the whole job search cycle, tracking employment information by using mobile platform and blockchain technology, optimizing the efficiency of supply and demand docking by machine learning algorithm, and realizing the dynamic optimization cycle of employment service by integrating multi-agent evaluation, aiming at promoting the multi-dimensional upgrade of employment ecology.
