    At present, the construction of new liberal arts promotes the transformation of the teaching of Economics and Management Mathematics to the integration of number intelligence and humanity. In order to improve the quality of personnel training, this paper puts forward the research on the adaptive reorganization of teaching video of Economics and Management Mathematics and the construction of accurate teaching mode under the background of new liberal arts. Define the connotation of economics and management mathematics teaching, clarify its position as a bridge connecting humanities, social sciences and mathematical intelligence technology, and analyze the supporting role of behaviorism theory in behavior sequence analysis. At the same time, it reveals the deep correlation between advanced mathematics and economic management courses in the level of tool application and logical transformation, and emphasizes the core role of mathematical foundation in the construction of professional ability. Finally, the specific path and strategy of adaptive reorganization of teaching video and construction of teaching mode are put forward. By mining learners' whole-process behavior sequence data, a library of learning characteristics is constructed, and the learning characteristics are divided into micro-unit videos and a dynamic optimization mechanism is established, and an adaptive push mechanism combining algorithm empowerment with manual intervention is built to realize the combination and personalized promotion of micro-unit videos. It aims to break through the limitations of traditional teaching and promote the evolution of economics and management mathematics teaching to the precise direction of technical empowerment and institutional innovation.
