    Based on the study of BIM structural model and urban big data, this paper discusses the related concepts of smart city, expounds the supporting technology of smart city platform, and proposes a comprehensive platform design of smart city. The system structure of the platform is composed of modules such as platform server and system terminal. The hardware system structure of the platform gives the software workflow of the smart city control platform, making full use of the relative advantages of the BIM structure model in information processing and information transmission. Combine the basic functions of urban big data to achieve the goal of improving the level of intelligence and functionality of the city. The validity of the platform is verified by taking D city as an example. The results show that the proposed smart city comprehensive platform based on BIM model and urban big data can effectively alleviate urban congestion. Significantly improved the efficiency of urban logistics, business flow and information flow.
