    The focus of the current study on internet of vehicle are macro controls and monitoring on vehicles and roads, and there are nearly no monitoring of the microscopic parts such as detailed components, in which an effective prediction and prevention for traffic accidents aren’t made as soon as possible. For this the monitoring and control system for detailed components of vehicles is designed based on common gateway interface and network communication. Firstly the status of detailed components are monitored by integrated bus, and the docking and information transfer are achieved through common gateway interface and embedded interfaces. Then the information is transferred by the virtual network address, and the separated IPv6 address is set up in the common gateway interface for conversion for monitoring of scalable wide area and parameter acquisition device. Finally the real-time transport protocol and real-time transmission control protocol are used to ensure real-time information exchange and robustness and maintain a smaller transmission delay and packet loss rate. The test results show that the average response time is no more than 85 nanoseconds and the accuracy of information transfer is not less than 98.2%, and the results meets the needs of the most environmental program viable and has better application values.
