    China is a big manufacturing country with millions of manufacturing companies of a certain size. With the increasingly fierce market competition, manufacturers are urgently required to adopt new management methods to improve their market competitiveness and reduce manufacturing costs. The market for this demand is huge and has good economic and social benefits. The real-time information management system designed for intelligent production and manufacturing in this paper can make the production process digital and information, improve the process accuracy, reduce labor costs and improve management efficiency. It can effectively promote the upgrading of production lines and reduce the cost of production line improvement. The system not only helps factories establish digital production lines, but also a new revolution in production methods that drives fundamental changes in management systems, standards, design methods, ways of thinking, and ways of working.
