    Android operating system are the most popular operating system for wireless hand-held devices, using cloud computing technology more efficiently handling large scale data, cloud computing is the commonly used scheduling technology needs to be user jobs assigned to the resource of reasonable implementation, low scheduling problem. Is proposed based on application service quality restriction of huge amounts of data scheduling model, analyzes the Android platform cloud mass data scheduling principle, the Android platform vector to describe user demand and resource nodes, make sure to provide on the basis of simulation calculation independently, based on the service quality parameter vector, the Android platform cloud mass data matching and task scheduling resources, can accurately determine the user's different quality of service requirements, to provide users with in accordance with the requirements of resources, reduce into service quality scheduling overhead after the match, to achieve efficient scheduling of huge amounts of data. The execution time of the experimental results show that the proposed scheduling model is better than the traditional model, user satisfaction, and the proposed scheduling model under the Android platform has lower rate of CPU load, cloud computing is a kind of efficient Android platform mass data scheduling model.
